Periodic Property Checks in Tuscany (Home Watch)
Many Tuscan houses stand empty for months. The owner lives in Milan, London or New York, and the house spends the winter alone at the end of a gravel road. Those are the months when the damage begins that is discovered in May, when it is too late.

The frequency is agreed with the owner: typically monthly or fortnightly during closed months, with extra visits in case of frost, severe storms or weather warnings.
Is the service available for properties that are not let?
Yes, and that is in fact the most common case. Many owners who do not let at all use periodic checks as their only service, simply to know the house is being watched.
What does the owner receive after each visit?
A report with photographs and notes on what was checked, plus an immediate alert if something needs attention, with a proposed solution before any work goes ahead.
