Tripcare directly manages 47 luxury villas and farmhouses across 23 Tuscan destinations. We are not a portal reselling houses seen once, and there is no third-party agency between you and the villa: the people who publish the listing, answer your messages and open the door are the same team. It is the model the Hospitality Awards recognised with 2nd place in Europe.
In practice this changes things: the photos match the house, the listing details were written by someone who knows it, and any special request — a cot, a chef, a late check-out — is weighed by someone who can actually decide it.
A local team that physically knows every house
Our operational base is in Poggibonsi, between Chianti and the Val d’Elsa, and the team lives in the areas it works in. Every house in the portfolio has been opened, checked and prepared by the same people who answer your messages: we know where the boiler switch hides, which gravel road the sat-nav should avoid, and what hour the light is at its best by the pool.
If something goes wrong during your stay, you do not open a ticket: the team steps in, within hours.
Direct booking with real availability
The calendar you see on the site is linked in real time to our management system: if a date shows as free, it truly is. Booking direct means no double bookings, no waiting for confirmation from an unreachable host, and a single point of contact — us — from before confirmation to check-out.
