Tripcare’s quarterly index of the villa-rental market in Tuscany
Tripcare publishes here, every quarter, the Tuscany Villa Index: one number (base 100 = 2025 average) measuring the nightly rates of the villas with a pool it manages across eight zones, with five sub-indicators read from the booking systems and the statements. The first quarter is in preparation: until it is published the page stays out of search indexes.
Methodology
Base 100 = the 2025 average nightly rate of villas with a pool managed by Tripcare across the eight zones (Chianti, Florence, Siena, Val d’Orcia, Valdichiana, Volterra, Versilia, Maremma), weighted by nights sold.

Tripcare keeps every edition of the index here with its value and quarterly note, so that a quoted figure remains verifiable as of the date it was published. Editions in preparation appear without a value until the data are closed.
