Not only the welcome dinner: a chef can cover lunches, dinners, a Sunday brunch, or stay three evenings spaced apart. The house kitchen becomes the restaurant; shopping comes from producers and the market, not a fixed list. You can ask for Tuscan cooking, a lighter menu, or children’s plates at a different hour. The concierge closes the menu, service and kitchen clean-down before check-in.

You arrive and the pantry is already done: milk, eggs, bread, fruit, a wine to open the first evening, local produce if you asked for it. Not a hotel kit. The pre-trip questionnaire is for this — intolerances, breakfast, whether you cook. It can be repeated mid-stay. The concierge coordinates delivery and keys with the housekeeper, so no one is waiting in the kitchen when you walk in.

Housekeeping daily or on alternate days, linen mid-stay or more often if the group is large. Hours agreed so they do not collide with lunch in the garden. Photo session at the villa or in the vines

A professional photographer, ninety minutes at the right hour — golden hour in the vine rows or late afternoon in the garden. Families, couples, an anniversary: the real photographs of the holiday, not the ones on a phone by the gate. Images arrive selected and in high resolution within a week. The concierge agrees location and usage rights, and books in-villa hair and make-up before the shoot if wanted.

Referenced, insured staff, English-speaking when needed, for one evening or the whole week. The nanny is introduced first — a video call or a trial hour on day one — and the children stay in their own environment, with the pool and their own hours, not in a kids’ club.
