How to choose
How to choose. Private or shared: the villas have the pool to themselves, some estate apartments share it with two or three other units, and the listing always says which. Heated or not: few are, and out-of-season heating is charged separately. View or shelter: the infinity pool looks over the valley and gets sun all day; the one among the olive trees has more shade and less wind. Is the pool private?
In the villas yes, for the exclusive use of the house’s guests. In some apartments inside estates and resorts the pool is shared among a few units: each listing says so, and if in doubt ask us before booking.
When can the pool be used?
Usually from May to the end of September, weather permitting. Some houses have a heated pool and open it earlier: we confirm this for the house you choose, together with the cost of out-of-season heating.
Who looks after the pool during the stay?
We do. Chemical checks and cleaning are weekly and part of the management: you do nothing, and if something is wrong you call the number you receive at check-in.
