Is it better to rent the estate whole or by individual units?
The two formulas are not exclusive: the whole works for weddings, anniversaries and groups on peak dates; single units fill ordinary weeks. The proposal we prepare shows both paths with the property’s real constraints — accesses, shared areas, capacities — and the calendar is built accordingly.
How are common areas managed when units are let to different guests?
With rules written beforehand, not mediation afterwards: hours and terms of use for the pool, courtyard and shared areas go into each unit’s listing and arrival information. Guests who know what to expect coexist well; problems almost always come from unspoken expectations.
Can the estate host weddings and events while under management?
Yes — and it is often the highest revenue line: together we define which events to accept, with what time and capacity limits, and we coordinate everything — suppliers, set-up, restoration. Events slot into the rental calendar without sacrificing the best weeks.
